The Client
Who They Are
Keeping a single building in top shape is a monumental task. Now multiply that across an entire country, from corporate campuses to professional sports stadiums, and you start to understand the world Velociti Services operates in. They’re the singular partner for businesses and institutions that need facility management handled at real scale: janitorial, engineering, maintenance, all of it. Nationwide reach with the focused care of a local team.
What sets Velociti apart isn’t just their footprint. It’s the people behind it. Their leadership team has built a culture around showing up and getting it done, quietly and excellently, in spaces most people take for granted. When the arena floor gleams and the office lobby is spotless before anyone clocks in, that’s Velociti.
The Brief
They Asked...
Velociti was already deep into a comprehensive brand overhaul with Station16: new website, new identity, the full playbook. But they also needed something that could capture who they are in motion. A brand story video that showed the scale of their operation, the range of spaces they serve, and the people who hold it all together. Not a stiff corporate explainer. A film that felt as big as their national presence, delivered on a timeline that matched the way they work. Fast.
our process
How We Did It
01 - Pre-Production
Concept, Script & Planning
We built the entire shoot around Velociti’s real client locations. If we were going to tell a story about being everywhere at once, we needed to actually go there. That meant coordinating access to active facilities in Phoenix, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Jacksonville, all within a two-week window in December. We developed interview guides, scouted each location remotely, assembled a 10-12 person travel-ready crew, and locked a production schedule tight enough to keep four cities from becoming a logistical mess.
02 - Production
On Set & On Location
We kicked off in Phoenix at the Footprint Center, capturing interviews and B-roll inside a professional sports arena where the scale of Velociti’s work is impossible to miss. From there we moved to the Port of Los Angeles for B-roll that showed a completely different side of their operation. Back in Atlanta, we set up a full studio day with Velociti’s executive team for the kind of long-form sit-down interviews that give a brand story its backbone. We closed in Jacksonville with more interviews and on-location B-roll. Across all four cities we sat down with 10-15 people, from leadership to the crews on the ground. Four cities. Two weeks. Zero days wasted.
03 - Post-Production
Edit, Color & Deliver
With footage from coast to coast, the editing challenge was cohesion. Four cities needed to feel like one story, not a travel montage. We cut the hero piece with motion graphics that reinforced Velociti’s brand identity, layered in a music bed that matched the energy of their operation, and applied color grading that unified the look across wildly different environments: arena floor, port terminal, studio. Velociti’s team was hands-on throughout the review process, and we worked in lockstep to get the tone right. We also produced a series of social media cutdowns built for digital. Final delivery landed in February 2024, roughly two months from wrap to finished film.
The Result
We Delivered…
The video needed to land with two audiences: Velociti’s own people and their prospective clients. Internally, it had to rally over 200 employees at an upcoming company event. A big-screen moment that made people proud to wear the logo. Externally, it needed to live on Velociti’s new website and work as a frontline sales tool, giving prospects a visceral sense of scale and professionalism before a single pitch meeting even happens.
