The Client
Jared Hasty and Sean Sanders have a track record of success. They’ve each closed more private aircraft transactions in the last year than most brokers close in a decade. Friends since their early pilot days, they always talked about working together. The team at Piedmont Jets got into the aircraft brokerage business because they are all passionate about flying; they are pilots first.
One day, they had separate conversations with customers who encouraged them to start their own business. A few days later, Jared and Sean talked and realized they had the same conversation on the same day but with their own respective clients. They decided to team up to start their own brokerage firm from the ground up.

With an existing client base and deals in the works, time was of the essence. Jared and Sean needed the works: they needed a new brand identity from nothing. They contacted Station16, and we took off running to get them ready for takeoff.

Foundation & Strategy
We built their foundational brand from the ground up, starting with their name and comprehensive brand story. We developed a sophisticated and competent brand voice that allows them to “humble brag” about their impressive track record of success. We also defined specific persona archetypes to ensure their messaging resonates with different client needs.
Digital Experiences
We launched a premium web experience to serve as their digital home. The site features dynamic screen layouts and an inventory of current aircraft to create an engaging, high-end user journey and facilitate conversions.
Design Systems
To match their sophisticated expertise, we delivered a complete logo and brand identity system, including a new logotype and custom design solutions. We extended this identity across a full suite of sales collateral, designing their business cards, note cards, envelopes, and presentation materials.
Story & Reputation
We captured their genuine passion for aviation through fresh photography and a robust visual gallery. To further elevate their digital presence and reputation, we incorporated engaging video loops that showcase their high-flying world in motion.
